PRE-ORDERS & PROCESSING TIME
All pre-orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days (weekends and holidays orders will be shipped the following week day). Please note, since all products are shipped directly from our manufacturer, delays may occur depending on high order volumes, customs, or carrier issues.

SHIPPING ORIGIN
All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturer, ensuring you receive the freshest, highest-quality bundles. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
We offer multiple shipping options at checkout based on your location and shipping preference. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the shipping method selected.

ORDER CUTOFF TIME
Orders placed before 3 PM CST will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after that time will be processed the following business day.

LATE/MISSED PICKUPS
If your order is not picked up within 24 hours of the ready-for-pickup email, please contact us. Orders will be held for up to 2 days, after which they may be canceled and refunded.
